Working through my backlog of research, I am showcasing some of my pre-project planning components, on the engineering side of things I conduct a general literature and patent review of the current technical landscape, allowing for an in-depth analysis of the components i’ll need to design. The following set of literature reviews showcases some of the diversity in my projects, the benefit of showcasing my prior research into subject matter means that I can represent some of my work even if the final products are in the classified space, typically if it is a defence project. I am open to collaborating with project research across the entire technology domain.

“Cerberus Spear” - Mach 3+ Cluster Missile System

This project assesses the literature of missile systems that are capable of at least Mach 2-3 and are designated as “cluster munitions” the two main problems that are to be understood are supersonic or hypersonic separation of sub-munitions from parent vehicle and developing AI guidance systems for the sub-munitions moving away from an indiscriminate cluster fall to a coordinated cluster system capable of striking several site specific targets.

Distributed Clean Energy Networks

Assessing current literature and patents within distributed energy resources (DERs), the idea is to develop a framework so that we can transition from a centralised system to a decentralised system. Utilising microgrids also allows us to reduce strain on the grid and allow for a more efficient use of power.

This literature review feeds into my work shown in my portfolio, specifically the national energy infrastructure plan, a plan that highlighted key policy reforms. This review also works within an engineering design I am currently developing a testbed for, aiming for eventual national rollout.
